Our Refund Policy: No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns of items for refunds for ANY products once the product has been accepted by the customer from the mail carrier. This is for health and sanitary reasons. We would never send a toy to a customer that had been in another customer’s hands already – for everybody’s safety, security, and peace of mind.

You may, however, be able to receive a refund, minus shipping costs, if you properly follow the cancellation policy below before officially accepting the package from the mail carrier.

Given the intimate nature of the products we carry, we do not give satisfaction returns. (For example, if you chose a dildo or plug that is too large for your body, or a vibrator that is too strong.) We do this for the safety of our customers & staff, so please choose products carefully. 

We do not make *any* exceptions if someone says they haven’t opened the product—again, to 100% ensure that all customers feel safe in purchasing from us, knowing for sure that they have received never-opened toys.

We strive to include accurate product dimensions in each listing, and feel free to contact us at [email protected] anytime if you’d like more detailed specifications or you have questions about a toy’s functions, power level, or any other details to help you find the best fit for your unique preferences and needs. We are happy to help if your vibrator or other item does not function normally. If you believe the product you purchased is defective, please follow the guidelines below. Please note that products that have been modified in any way are not covered by warranty. 

Defective Product Warranty Guidelines:

First, we need to confirm that there is a defect, that the product is NOT behaving normally! We know our customers are savvy, but we still have to ask. Sometimes, what appears to be a defect can be something as silly as:

  • Ensuring the toy is charged / new batteries have been inserted.
  • Turning off a travel lock.
  • Following manufacturer’s instructions for speed or function changes, etc.

No question is a stupid question, and we love hearing from you! Always feel free to contact us, and we might be able to troubleshoot for you.

IF YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT FUNCTION NORMALLY:

We work within manufacturer’s warranties for all defective products, which cover defects with normal use within a certain period of time (often 60 day from time of purchase, but please inquire about any specific toy).

Depending on the brand of toy you purchased, we will either (1) send you a replacement if defect is reported within the applicable warranty window; (2) request that you send a video clip demonstrating the defect, after which a replacement will be issued to you; (3) put you in touch with the appropriate parties at the manufacturer to request a replacement. We reserve the right to discern which of these 3 options best fits the particular product you purchased.

We pride ourselves on offering quality products, and hope to help you resolve any defect issues as smoothly as possible.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for a different product or store credit: manufacturer’s warranties cover a replacement of the same product you purchased.
